PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a growth promotion culture medium for culturing a mushroom. SOLUTION: This growth promotion culture medium for promoting and the growth of the artificial culture mushrooms, especially Grifola frondosa, uses bran, corn starch and sawdust (Fagus crenata, Quercus serrata) as a base material for the culture medium, and contains a fine amount of minerals such as zinc as the nutrient sources of the culture medium. Heating and moisturizing conditions for growing the carpophore of the mushroom comprises 10 to 50 deg.C and 50 to 100%, respectively, and the time for the growth is 45 days.
