DIORGANOPOLYSILOXANE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new diorganopolysiloxane blocked with a carboxylamino group at one end of the molecular chain and blocked with a various kinds of functional groups at the other end thereof and to provide a method for efficiently producing the diorganopolysiloxane. SOLUTION: The diorganopolysiloxane is represented by the general formula, wherein Rs are each a same or different kind of a monovalent hydrocarbon or a halogen-substituted monovalent hydrocarbon without containing an aliphatic unsaturated bond; R1s are H or a monovalent hydrocarbon; R2 is a divalent hydrocarbon or an alkylene oxyalkylene; R3s are a monovalent hydrocarbon without containing an aliphatic unsaturated bond; n is an integer of 11-1,000; and B is H or a monovalent organosilyl having various kinds of functional groups.
