PURPOSE: A sun visor type handsfree device is provided to prevent a connection line from being lengthened by making a speaker and a microphone embedded in a handsfree device and, at the same time, to offer a sun visor function to interrupt lights. CONSTITUTION: The end of one side of a location fixing axis(13) is installed in the upper part of a front glass(15) of a car. The end of the other side of the location fixing axis(13) is inserted into an insertion fixing slot(14). A fixing belt(22) fixes the location of a portable terminal. A terminal jack(21), connected to the portable terminal, transfers a transmitting signal or a received signal and connects with power. The terminal jack(21), connected to a circuit substrate(26) in which a control unit to control the operations of a speaker(24) and a microphone(25) is embedded, sends the received signal to the speaker(24) through the portable terminal and transfers the transmitting signal generated through the microphone(25) to the portable terminal. A shading plate(12) is rotated with the location fixing axis(13) in the center so as to interrupt lights. Inside of the shading plate(12), the terminal jack(21), the fixing belt(22), the speaker(24), the microphone(25) and the circuit substrate(26) are provided in a single unit so that a user can carry out a call without using his hands.
