PURPOSE: A device for folding a handle bar of a low-speed two-wheeled vehicle is provided to simplify the folding of a handle frame by moving vertically and rotating on a hinge shaft and prevent malfunction by guiding the operation of folding along a guide groove. CONSTITUTION: A device for folding a handle bar includes a handle frame(10) formed with an elongated guide groove(12) to be guided into the vertical direction of a hinge shaft to be assembled to the hinge shaft, and a lower fixture(15) having an assembling hole(16) to insert the handle frame, axially mounted with the hinge shaft(17), and formed with a guide groove(18) at a rear part by partially cutting an upper portion of the rear part to guide the rotation of the handle frame, wherein the handle frame is formed with a through hole on one side to be detachably inserted by a lock pin(35) of a lock mechanism(30), thereby being locked on the fixing element.
