PURPOSE: An automatic loading device of optical fiber preform is Provided which prevents damage on the optical fiber preform and safety accident and improves workability. CONSTITUTION: The device for loading the optical fiber preform on a drawing tower comprises: (i) a base part which is installed on one side of the top of the draw tower; (ii) a fork moving part which is installed in the base part to move to the draw tower by provided driving force and comprises an installing plate(110), a chuck frame(120), a leveling bolt(130), a rise and fall guide(210), a guide base(220), a rise and fall plate(230), a first moving plate(240) and a second moving plate(250); (iii) a preform loading part which is installed on the upper side of the fork moving part and comprises a vertical member(310), a hand chuck(320), a fork(330) and a preform receiver(340) and where the optical fiber preform is loaded; (iv) a motor part which provides the driving force to the fork moving part when a driving voltage is applied to and comprises a plate up-and-down moving motor(410), a plate front and rear moving motor(420) and a rotating motor(430); and (v) a control part which controls the driving voltage supplied to the motor part and comprises a power source on/off switch, a supply button, a discharge button, a controller and a monitor(550).
