PURPOSE: A hangul combining method is provided to form consonants that have been not marked in a keypad by pressing the keys on the keypad corresponding to hangul through an input means. CONSTITUTION: An input part generates the corresponding signal by pressing symbols on the keypad corresponding to the character to being transmitted. A processing part receives the signal from the above input part, and processes the received signals to output the corresponding character signal. A transmitting part receives the character signal from the above processing part and transmits it. A display is input the character signal from the above transmitting part and represents it as character on a display panel.
