DEVICE OF ELIMINATING SPURIOUS NOISES

PURPOSE: A device of eliminating spurious noises is provided to pass only upstream signals needed and prevents other elements of frequency from passing using a tunable band-pass filter. CONSTITUTION: In a device of eliminating spurious noises, a tuner(21) tunes the frequency of the data received from a coaxial cable network. A MAC/PHY chip(22) controls the input/output of data by analyzing the frequency of the tuned down-stream data. A CPU(23) controls the whole system. A transformer(24) transforms the frequency of the data produced from the MAC/PHY chip(22) under the control of the CPU(23). A gain control amplifier(25) adjusts the gain of the frequency of the data from the transformer(24) and amplifies the adjusted gain. A tunable band-pass filter(26) passes the upstream frequency of the output signal from the gain control amplifier(25) except for the harmonic noises and spurious noises.
