PURPOSE: A power generating system is provided to generate power without any external power supply by inducing a small force in a center part of a cylindrical case and large force at a peripheral part of the case due to the centrifugal force of the fluid, thereby carrying out revolution and rotation of the cylindrical case to generate power. CONSTITUTION: A power generating system includes a cylindrical case(2) for revolution and rotation and moving fluid, a rotation shaft(5) as an inner gear of the cylindrical case, and a pressure rotation case(4) as a pressure rotation plate, wherein the fluid is inhaled coaxially and discharged in a peripheral direction, and a valve is mounted to the discharge part for controlling the velocity of the case according to the flow ratio of the fluid. |
