BEAD CORE FOR TIRE

PURPOSE: A bead core for tire tightens an attaching force between a rim and a tire and improves the braking performance of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A bead core(2) comprises an outer bead core(20) and an inner bead core(30). The outer bead core(20) is made of many cylindrical pipes. The inner bead core(30) is formed as a coil spring shape. As the inner bead core(30) has tension, a bead portion(1) is tightly pressed and installed on a rim(4) by the tension of the inner bead core(30) when a tire is mounted on the rim(4). Thus, a slip phenomenon between the bead portion(1) and the rim(4) are prevented. Further, a braking performance is improved because slots formed among the pipes are disposed perpendicularly to a braking direction.
