PURPOSE: A structure for merging pipe for air conditioner is provided to minimize refrigerant flow resistance and reduce power consumption of the compressor by decreasing the length of insertion portion of the branch pipe to be inserted into the confluent pipe. CONSTITUTION: A structure for merging pipe comprises a plurality of branch pipes(8) one ends of which are connected to an evaporator and other ends of which have insertion portions(82); and a confluent pipe(7) having a plurality of insertion openings(71) formed at the position corresponding to the branch pipes. The branch pipe further has a bulging portion(81) spaced apart from the insertion portion. Both the bulging portion and the insertion portion are curved to correspond to the shape of the insertion opening of the confluent pipe, such that the insertion portion and the bulging portion make surface contact with the insertion opening of the confluent pipe.
