PURPOSE: An automatic vibration and power-off converting system for portable phones is provided to automatically converting the present mode of a portable phone by selecting either vibration mode or power-off mode in the menu selection of a transmitter transmitting an electrical signal, without the necessity of manually handling the portable phone. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit in an automatic vibration and power-off converting system for portable phones is comprised of a power supply part, an oscillation part, a multiplying part, a modulation part, a power amplification part and a transmitting antenna. The power supply part manages the on/off of the transmitting unit. The oscillation part generates a carrier wave. The multiplying part multiplies a frequency to obtain a desired frequency. The modulation part modulates either vibration signal or power-off signal. The power amplification part amplifies the modulated frequency having a mode conversion signal. The transmitting antenna releases the modulated frequency.
