PURPOSE: A remote control method is provided to get an operational information of a subordinate level and to remove an obstacle quickly by using network identification. CONSTITUTION: A source processor inputs a user's remote control order. At this time, the source processor can be a pertinent operation processor of a BSM(Base Station Manager,110) or a pertinent BSC(Base Station Controller) of a source unit network(128). The user's remote control order has a form such as 'PROMPT rc start NID fffffff'. At this time, the NID(Network Identification) is a network identification of a destination unit network at which a tested system is located, and the fffffff is a processor ID of a tested destination processor. The source processor checks whether the inputted remote control order is pertinent to an outside NID. If the inputted remote control order is the outside NID, the source processor attaches a destination NID, and forms a pertinent packet message, and transmits the pertinent packet message to a router. The router receiving the packet analyzes an address of a tested processor besides the NID, if the NID is it's own NID, and transmits the packet to a destination processor. If the destination processor receives the remote control order, the destination processor attaches a source NID to a path connection finish/ base operational information report packet message, and transmits a path connection finish/ base operational information report packet message to the router. The pertinent destination processor analyzes a received remote control order packet message corresponding to a special remote control order, and performs an order, and forms a packet message with a subordinate level operational information pertinent to a performed result value, and reports to the source processor.
