PURPOSE: A greece composition is provided which satisfies water-resistance, heat-resistance, mechanical stability, wear-resistance and extreme pressure and improves reduction of friction. CONSTITUTION: The greece composition contains base oil as main materials and further contains 11-16.5 wt.% of alicyclic diurea represented by the formula (1), 1-5 wt.% of molybdenum dithiocarbamate, 0.4-5 wt.% of zinc dithiophosphate and 1-5 wt.% of antimony dithiocarbamate. The alicyclic diurea is prepared by reacting dimethylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate with cyclohexylamine.
