PURPOSE: An environment-friendly accumulation controller is provided to prevent the accumulation and erosion of coastal and river facilities. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly accumulation controller comprises; an accumulation control board(10) provided with many intercepts formed by many longitudinal cut-open grooves to reduce the speed of ocean currents or downstream, and to intercept floating sand and deposits; a fixed support(30) fixed to a submerged base with the accumulation control board not to lose the accumulation control board ; a PVC(PolyVinyl Chloride) fixing rod(20) and a cut PVC pipe(40) used as a connector of the accumulation control board and the fixed support.
