PURPOSE: A silicon keypad and its manufacturing method are provided to fix the silicon rubber firmly to the print tip attached button by using a resin tip. CONSTITUTION: The silicon keypad has a rubber pad(100) having a button(110) where multi holes(111) are formed, the first resin layer(120), a metallic layer(130) formed over the first resin layer, and the second resin layer(140) formed over the metallic layer. Characters or figures are printed over the metallic layer. The silicon keypad manufacturing method includes the steps of setting the silicon keypad having characters or figures on the zig and inserting it into the vacuum chamber, injecting Ar gas into the vacuum chamber, forming the porous pad surface by applying plasma and sputtering the Ar gas over the silicon pad, setting the print tip over the buttons, and forming resin tip between silicon pad and button by sputtering resin over the buttons.
