PURPOSE: A portable electric mail sealer is provided to control a generation of a sealing mechanism and to prevent the mis-operation of the sealing mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A portable electric mail sealer comprises a main body(10), a spring cover(11), a pressing bar(20), a battery loading box(30) and a sealing mechanism(40). The battery loading box(30) comprises a front connecting portion(31) formed inside the main body(10); a rear connecting portion(32); a pair of first metal plates(33,34) installed in both sides of the front connecting portion; a pair of second metal plates(35) installed both sides of the rear connecting portion; and two horizontal metal plates(331,341) extended from the first metal plates frontward. A battery set is installed in the battery loading box(30) between the front connecting portion(31) and the rear connecting portion(32) to supply DC power to the sealing mechanism(40). The spring cover(11) is installed inside the main body(10) between the horizontal metal plates(331,341). The sealing mechanism(40) is formed inside the main body(10). The sealing mechanism(40) comprises an insulating portion(41), a hot-wire(42), two metal installing plates(43), a heat protecting plate(44) and a compressive spring(45). The insulating portion(41) contains a flat protruding portion(411). The hot-wire(42) is installed in the protruding portion(41). The metal installing plates(43) are installed in both sides of the insulating portion(41) to fix the hot-wire(42). The pressing bar(20) comprises an insulating block(21), a heat protecting plate(22) and a pair of protruding portions(23). Pivot pins(231) are formed in the protruding portions(23). The pivot pins(231) are inserted in pivot slots(12) in the back of the main body(10).
