PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for a distributing process of a financial work are provided to rapidly and efficiently process a financial work by distributing and processing a foreign work requested according to work volume of each host. CONSTITUTION: A gate way in a foreign system receives message data(S10). The gate way grasps a relevant host which transmits the message data, and increases a count value of a counter variable relevant to the host(S11). A relevant AP interprets the message data, and performs a data processing operation(S12). The gate way grasps a relevant relay center which receives the message data, and transmits the data to the relay center through a relay center agent module(S13). The gate way receives the message data from the relay center through the relay center agent module(S20). The gate way determines a relevant host which receives the message data(S21). The gate way transmits the message data to the host determined through a multi host agent module(S22). The gate way increases a count value of a counter variable confirmed(S23).
