PURPOSE: A head drum assembly is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and improve performance of an assembling process, by reducing a number of fixing screws serving to fix a stator to a bush. CONSTITUTION: A fixed lower drum(20) is installed on a lower end side of a shaft(10) and has a stator transformer(21) fixed on an inner surface of an upper part thereof. An upper drum(30) is rotatably installed on an outer peripheral surface about a central axle of the shaft(10) through a plurality of bearings(B), has a plurality of heads(31) fixed on an outside surface of a lower part thereof, and has a rotor transformer(32), which forms an electrical signal together with the stator transformer(21), on a lower surface of the center thereof. A stator(51) has a substrate fixed on an upper end part of the shaft(10), and a core and a coil installed in the substrate. A case is fixedly installed on the upper drum(30). A rotor(52) is positioned on an inside surface of the case and generates a rotary power together with the coil of the stator(51). A bush(40) is positioned on an inside surface of the stator(51) and applies a pre-pressure to the bearings(B) inserted into the shaft(10) and supporting the upper drum(30). A fixing unit fixes the bush(40) on the stator(51).
