INTERNET SELF-RECOVERTY METHOD FOR INTERNET MEMORY

PURPOSE: An internet self-recoverty method for the internet memory is provided to recover a fail cell in the internet memory by using at least one or more redundant column and redundant row. CONSTITUTION: Information on a fail cell is stored in an entry. In addition, a redundant cell array which will recover the fail cell is determined(5¯38). the redundant cell array which will recover the fail cell is determined using the information stored in the entry(40). It is determined whether a fail cell of the internet memory in a microcomputer is recoverd. It is determined whether the fail cell capable of being recoverd is replaced. It is checked whether all cells in the internet memory are fail cells or not(5). It is checked whether a cell checked at present is a fail cell or not(10).
