PURPOSE: A combustion control apparatus for a stoker type incineration furnace for minimizing pollutant discharge is provided to simultaneously carry out the control of the steam generation amount and the temperature of the furnace for stabilizing the temperature of the furnace, thereby increasing the efficiency of the waste heat and the operation efficiency of the incineration furnace while minimizing the concentration of NOx and Dioxin in the exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A combustion control apparatus for a stoker type incineration furnace for minimizing pollutant discharge includes a first subtracter(51) for outputting a subtraction value from a set value and a measurement value of a boiler vapor amount, a PID(Proportional, Integral, Differential) controller(60) for carrying out proportional integration and differentiation for the value output from the first subtracter, a second subtracter(51) for outputting a subtraction value from a set value and a measurement value of an internal temperature of the incineration furnace, a band remover(80) for outputting the output value from the second subtracter larger than a predetermined value by ignoring errors in a certain range from 0, an adder(70) for adding the output values from the PID controller and the band remover, a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) controller(90) for changing an on/off pulse width according to the output value of the adder to turn on or off a feeder and a stoker, and a velocity controller(91) for outputting a set velocity value proportion to the output value of the adder to control the velocity of the feeder and the stoker.
