PURPOSE: A blasting force experimenting device for a personal mine and the experimenting method thereof helps the development of a protecting shoes for the personal mine, thereby protecting a human body from the personal mine. CONSTITUTION: A muscle and bone portion of human body type is made by using beast legs such as cattle's and pig's. A hip portion of human body type has an inserting hole for adjusting the weight thereof. Further, the hip portion and a lower leg portion are connected by links to be similar to a joint. Thus, on a blast the extent of the damage is more correctly determined. Therefore, this knowhow is used to the development of protecting shoes.
