PURPOSE: A wireless video phone at a door is provided to easily install a door camera and to alternately replace a fixed set with a portable set when the fixed set is not operated. CONSTITUTION: The device includes a camera(12) of a door camera(10) recognizing an image and converting it into an electrical signal to confirm the face of a visitor. A speaker outputs voice for an inner person to communicate with. A mike receives the voice for converting into an electrical signal. A call button(16) is installed to call a person in a household. A lock releasing device transmits a lock releasing signal to a locking device(50) released by electrical driving. The first radio transmission and receipt part transmits a call signal, image and voice signal, the lock releasing signal with a household monitor(20). A charging battery supplies power supply to the speaker and the lock releasing device. A display device(22) of the household monitor(20) receives the input image for outputting. A speaker receives call sound and voice input to the mike of the door camera(10) for outputting. A lock releasing button(26) generates the lock releasing signal to release the locking device of a door. The second radio transmission and receipt part receives the voice signal and the lock releasing signal for RF modulation, transmits the RF modulated signal to the door camera, receives the call signal, the voice signal, and the image signal for transmitting to the speaker and a TFT LCD. A monitor confirmation button(28) drives the door camera without the call signal for confirming the status of the outside of the door. A power supply part supplies power supply for operating the household monitor(20).
