PURPOSE: A grinding wheel for a hand grinder improves a joining strength, minimizes the shake of a tool, extends the life of the tool and improves the productivity thereof. CONSTITUTION: A diamond tip(38) is tightly attached on the periphery portion of a grinding wheel by using a non-heating type special adhesive for preventing a heat distortion. Further, joining slots(33) and protrusions(39) are formed on the diamond tip(38) and a periphery portion(32) of a shank to increase the attaching area. Thus, the shake of a tool is minimized by elevating a joining strength and maintaining a balance on machining the shank, thereby extending the life of the tool. Further, the life of the tool is extended again and a productivity is improved by quickly diffusing a friction heat generated on the using of the tool.
