PURPOSE: Provided is a red pepper grinder equipped with zigzag-shaped grinding rollers, which can grind red pepper to a wanted size through just one process, does not generate high heat, thereby preventing discoloration of red pepper, and can save processing time and cost. CONSTITUTION: A red pepper grinder comprises: i) a main hopper (1) receiving red pepper powder; ii) a first grinding roller (11) grinding the red pepper powder; iii) a convey screw (13) sending the grinded red pepper powder through the first grinding roller (11) to an auxiliary hopper (2); iv) a second grinding roller (12) grinding again red pepper powder falling from the auxiliary hopper (2); v) a discharge passage (14) through which grinded red pepper powder is falling; and vi) a discharge device sending the red pepper powder to a discharge bag (18).
