APPARATUS FOR GENERATING INDEPENDENT COHERENT BEAM ARRAY USING 45 MIRROR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating an independent coherent beam array using 45°mirror is provided to generate a coherent beam array using one coherent optical source and independently switch each beam in the beam array. CONSTITUTION: A collimating lens(161) generates a beam radiated from a coherent optical source(111) as a parallel beam. Micro mirrors are arranged in a line in the first mirror array(121) for reflecting the parallel beam generated in the collimating lens(161) at 90°. Mirror arrays in which a plurality of micro mirrors are arranged in a direction to be vertical to each micro mirror arranged in the first mirror array(121) is arranged on a same plane in the second mirror array(131).
