PURPOSE: An upper plate structure in a plasma display panel is provided to prevent generating of bubbles owing to imperfect baking of a dielectric layer, and to prevent the dielectric layer from being reacted with an electrode when baking the dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION: The upper plate includes a transparent electrode(12) formed on an upper glass substrate(11), a bus electrode(13) formed on the transparent electrode so as to reduce a resistance value of the transparent electrode, a transparent ferroelectric thin film(14) formed as a lower dielectric on an entire surface of the upper glass substrate(11) comprising the transparent electrode and the bus electrode, an upper dielectric(15) formed on an entire surface of the transparent ferroelectric thin film, and a pagination film(16) formed on an entire surface of the upper dielectric so as to protect the upper dielectric according to plasma discharge. |
