PURPOSE: A method for advertising using a wire/wireless communication device is provided to effectively advertise by using various wire/wireless communication device to announce an advertisement of a publicity agent and carrying out a lottery event and supplying the winner of the prize with the money. CONSTITUTION: A wire/wireless communication device user requests entering into a member of the particular publicity agent(S10). The member calls to the particular telephone number of the publicity agent for participating in a lottery event(S20). The publicity agent reports a total number of participants and total profits until now(S30). The member inputs its own resident registration number using the communication device(S40). An advertisement is send to the member according to the sex and age of the member(S50). If the above member listens to the advertisement(S60), it is permitted for the member to select one number of lottery numbers(S70,S80). The above member inputs the above lottery number(S90). A server of publicity agent writes and stores the lottery number(S100). The winner of the prize is periodically decided according to the particular rule(S110).
