PURPOSE: A high efficiency manufacturing equipment of electrolytic water is provided, which can produce super high concentration electrolytic water of three times and fifteen times stronger than existing equipments, like a strong acidic water (Wb) of pH 2-3, strong alkali water (Wa) of pH 11-12 and neutral water (Wc). CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) an equipment that has a water inlet (4) at the top and an anode water outlet (18) and a cathode water outlet (16) at the bottom; (ii) a wire cathode (11) connected to a cathode terminal and a wire anode (13) connected to an anode terminal, which are set in the equipment; (iii) an exterior cathode (21) and an interior cathode (23); and (iv) a cathode electrolytic water region (A) between the wire cathode (11) and exterior cathode (21) and an anode electrolytic water region (B) between the wire anode (13) and the interior cathode (23).
