PURPOSE: A pump is provided to increase discharge force by forming impeller blades to be forcibly pulled by pins of a rotation plate so that continuous discharge becomes possible in spite of reverse load is generated by discharged materials and simplify the manufacturing by substituting a crescent with an eccentric shaft. CONSTITUTION: A pump includes a housing(15), a rotation plate(5) having a plurality of blades(11) longer than an inner diameter of a pump chamber and attached a rotation shaft on a center of a rear surface and pins(9) as many as the blades on a front surface, the pins being inserted in pin holes(13) and positioned inner part than a central rotation radius of the pin holes, annular rod type contact parts(12) formed at free end parts of the blades with the pin holes to be inserted by the pins, the blades being bended toward an outlet(3) by a rotation radius difference between the pin holes and the pins inserted into the pin holes, and an eccentric shaft(14) attached to a position biased toward a compression section in a cover to be fitted in a boss(10) of an impeller.
