PURPOSE: A quantitative liquid extracting container with a corrugated part is provided to easily discharge the contents of a container by slightly inclining the container by forming a corrugated part to be bent in any directions at the lower part of a neck. CONSTITUTION: A quantitative liquid extracting container with a corrugated part includes a cap(1) to be assembled into a neck(201) of a container(2) by the manner of one-touch or screw-coupling and the container, wherein the cap includes a main body(100), a cover(110) and a connection part(111) for linking the main body with the cover for opening or closing the cover, and the container has an elastic cylindrical main body(200), and the neck. The main body includes a cover fixing rim(101) at an upper end, an inner cover part(104) formed with a discharge tube(102) having a remains collecting part(103) at a lower part. The cover is formed with a sealing part for sealing an internal discharge hole of the discharge tube. The neck of the container is formed with at least more than one corrugated part(202) at a lower end part to be bent in any directions.
