PURPOSE: An air supplying device, a water supplying device and a heat collecting and heating device are easy to repair and replace, simple in structure and have wide range of combustion. CONSTITUTION: Air supplying pipes(3) are formed in oval fan shaped branches with a main air supplying pipe on the upper end of a body. Air supplying nozzles(6) are installed under the air supplying pipes(3) looking downward at 40°angles and rotate horizontally to supply 80% of air reversely to repress the climbing power of combustion air to form high temperature and to mix combustion air evenly to form inactive combustion condition with low density of oxygen. Multiple air supplying pipes(9) installed on the lower end of the body are formed protrusively and air supplying nozzles(8) thereon are installed perpendicularly on the air supplying pipes(9) to supply 20% of air horizontally. A water supplying device and a heat collecting and heating device(2, 4, 5) are installed on the upper surface of the air supplying pipes(3) on the upper end of the body closely. Unburnt particles in combustion gas are sucked, filtered and reburnt by air spout force of the air supplying nozzles(6). Discharged combustion gas are concentrated to a heating plate(4) installed on the middle by a heat collecting plate(5) reducing discharging sectional area to be finally burnt by the heating plate(4) and discharged. A water supplying device(2) supplies water around the center of a combustion part to control burning rate of incinerated matter according to its components.
