PURPOSE: A marketing strategy of an internet shopping mall using a PSTN free telephone service on the Web is provided to reduce a cost for using internet shopping malls by rendering a user to use an existing computer, a telephone office line and the internet communication network and using an ADD-Card without installing application programs. CONSTITUTION: After telephone charges are paid to a KT card entrepreneur(2) using a hardware(1), the paid money is charged in the hardware(3). The hardware is provided to shopping mall members or users through an event etc.(4). The user received the hardware connects to an existing telephone office line and a computer(5). The user can use the charged free telephone through the telephone office line on Web(6). If the user already used all basic free call, the user can be provided a free call amount through the corresponding PSTN in real time(8) by filling up a predetermined purchase requested by the entrepreneur(7). Thus, the user can call the free telephone continuously and the entrepreneur can increase quantity of selling(9).
