PURPOSE: A plastic tube bending device and manufacturing method thereof implements all processes in a line, enables a uniform forming and forms a good of complex shape or using long materials step by step. CONSTITUTION: A plastic tube bending device comprises a feeding portion(30), an electric furnace(40), a bending portion and an injecting member. The feeding portion(30) clamps a provided material(80) and feeds it. The electric furnace(40) clamps the specific outer periphery surface of the fed material(80) and heats it. Then, in the bending portion, the material(80) is fed again and the unheated portion thereof is clamped but the heated portion is formed by the pushing action of a pressing piston where a forming role is attached. In the injecting member, a low temperature gas or liquid for cooling the material(80) formed in the bending portion is injected into the material(80). Thus, the plastic tube bending device is operated in one line, operable by an unmanned system and has the highly reduced cycle time thereof.
