PURPOSE: A method to install vertical and horizontal protective nets in a body is provided to facilitate installation, and reduce the cost and term of works. CONSTITUTION: A construct method comprises three steps. In the first step, transverse connectors are arranged in zigzag, and woven out of filament yarn. And multi filament-yarn is crossed between the filament yarn in zigzag to form a protective net. In the second step, a protective overlay having a connection hole covers around the protective net. And then, a member(1a) is made to be foldable inward or the protective nets are connected with each other to form a safe protective net(1), especially vertical and horizontal protective nets. In the third step, the vertical and horizontal protective-nets are put on a scaffold frame(3) and a scaffold board(3a). The scaffold frame and the scaffold board are connected to holes.
