PURPOSE: A surrounding temperature compensating device of a temperature measuring apparatus using a bolometer type infrared ray sensor is provided to compensate surrounding temperature without using a micom by adding additional resistance on a compensating sensor or a detecting sensor. CONSTITUTION: A surrounding temperature compensating device of a temperature measuring apparatus using the bolometer type infrared ray sensor includes a compensating sensor part(20) connected to a static voltage terminal and having compensating resistance and a temperature compensating sensor(30), a detecting sensor part connected between the compensating sensor part and a ground terminal and outputting first partial voltage together with the compensating sensor part, first and second resistances connected parallel to the compensating sensor part and the detecting sensor part between the static voltage terminal and the ground terminal and outputting second partial voltage, and a differential amplifier(6) for differently amplifying and outputting first and second partial voltages.
