PURPOSE: A protecting circuit of a fluorescent tube module is provided to protect a fluorescent tube panel by constituting a protecting circuit so as to break driver output and to stop operation of a power supply part when operation of the fluorescent tube stops. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent tube module is installed as a fluorescent tube, a driver integrated circuit, a power supply part, and a control unit on a printed circuit board. The control unit which controls in order to display the fluorescent tube is constituted as a field programmable gate array. The field programmable gate array includes a protecting circuit which detects an output signal driving the fluorescent tube so as to output predetermined set signal according to the detected signal into the power supply part. The protecting circuit controls output voltage to input into the power supply part. The protecting circuit also includes a multi-vibrator. Thereby, the fluorescent tube can be protected by not inputting a driving power of the power supply part into the fluorescent tube.
