PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for protecting a cash from being withdrawn without permission, by creating the second password beside conventionally used password. Thereby, cash withdrawal is restricted in case of emergency. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus protects a cash from being withdrawn from a withdrawal machine(205), which is connected to a server(203) by network, without permission. Wherein the server(203) comprises the first memory storing several passwords that a user creates; the second memory storing commands, which perform proper actions according to stored passwords, and communication means with government or public offices; CPU performing controls according to output information from the memories; a communication signal output device generating information to be sent to the government and public offices(201); and interface performing signal conversion. |
