PURPOSE: An automatic system for selling data and a method thereof are provided, which help in selling a music album to a purchaser automatically after recording the song selected by the purchaser to a recording media and printing the photograph and a letter message onto a sheet. CONSTITUTION: The automatic system comprises: a main computer(31); a plurality of local servers including the second data base; the third data base storing a part of the files stored in the second data base; a device for recording(32); a device for treating a charge(35); a device for photographing; a device for printing(36); and a device for renewing data base. The method for selling data comprises: a step for asking the local server to transfer the data file which is not stored in the same slot machine; a step for transferring the data from the main computer(31) to the slot machine with the message indicating the files has to be emitted from the slot machine; a step for storing the data files selected for purchasing by the purchaser temporarily; a step for treating the charge according to the number of the data selected; a step for transferring the selling information which is recorded and stored to a recording device(32) to the local server; a step for printing the image or letters selected by the purchaser while the data files are recorded to the same; and a step for drawing out the recorded media and the printed materials when the recording and the printing is finished. |
