PURPOSE: A bumper manufacturing method using a gas injecting injection molding and a bumper thereof completely removes the generation of sink mark according to the forming of a reinforcing rib. CONSTITUTION: First resin goods including many reinforcing ribs(10) are formed by injection molding by using high rigidity polypropylene material. Then, after a predetermined time passed, nitrogen gas is injected through a gas channel(20) formed on the extended portion of the ribs(10) to form a final resin good of the integral part of fascia by injection molding. Therefore, by a bumper fascia provided by a gas injecting injection molding, the vehicle is lightened and the cost of the vehicle is reduced.
