MANUFACTURING METHOD OF EPOXY UNIT FOR PRE-MOLD USING PROTECTING COPPER PIPE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an epoxy unit minimizes a stress generated on separating, is convenient for using and shortens an assembling time. CONSTITUTION: A protecting copper pipe painted on the inner portion thereof with semiconductive paint is assembled with a core metal mold mounting a buried metal member therein. The assembled metal mold is preheated in an oven. The preheated metal mold is molded after being moved to a molding machine. The molded metal mold is cured after being moved to an oven. The cured epoxy unit is post processed after the separation of a core metal mold in a separating device. Therefore, the stress generated on separating is minimized and the separating time is shortened.
