PURPOSE: A compression transceiving system of a data stream is provided to divide the data stream into frame units, to delete the same channel as a channel of a previous frame, and to transceive voice data with deletion information, so as to secure a lossless rate and a real-time transmission. CONSTITUTION: An encoder(13) receives transmitting data with frame units. If a channel within a frame is the same as a channel of a previous frame, the encoder(13) increases the number of a nondifference channel as 1, and deletes a present channel value. If the number of nondifference channel is over 5, the encoder(13) displays a compression to display a channel position and a channel value on a transmission block, and transmits the channel position and the channel value. The encoder(13) sets up a present frame as a previous frame for a next frame. A decoder(14) receives the not-deleted channel position and the not-deleted channel value from the received compression data block(transmission block), and restores frames by using the channel position and the channel value. In a position of a deleted channel, a previous channel value is written.
