PURPOSE: The method for performing the business of cyber-preschool learning on the internet is provided to calculate the number of the accesses to a database made by a trainee and the time periods of the accesses as points, and admit the trainee to complete a cyber-preschool lecture if the trainee obtains more than predetermined points. CONSTITUTION: A business part(6) operates a cyber-preschool. An education database(4) stores the data of the lecture by each educational subject that the business part(6) provides to the personal computer(PC) of a trainee. An access limitation and calculation part(3-1) limits an access to the education database(4) by an unregistered trainee, and calculates the number of the accesses to the education database(4) and the time periods of the accesses. A game server(5) stores a game program that the business part(6) provides to the PC of the trainee. An access limitation part(3-2) limits an access to the game server(5) by the unregistered trainee. A plurality of user PCs(1-1, 1-2, ..., 1-n) are connected to the education database(4) and the game server(5) via an internet area(5).
