PURPOSE: A method for producing an artificial coxa using silicone nitride ceramic complex is provided, which inhibits the same from being worn partly and prevents an acetabulum and an acetabulum cup from being dislocated by forming a spiral-shaped dent on the outer circumference of the acetabulum cup. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing an artificial coxa using silicone nitride ceramic complex is characterized by: mixing silicone nitride ceramic powder complex comprised of 90wt.% of silicone nitride, 5wt.% of yttrium oxide, 2wt.% of titanium nitride, 2wt.% of alumina, and 1wt.% of titanium oxide; mixing the same silicone nitride ceramic powder complex with water in a ratio of 1:6; spraying and drying the same at 80deg.C; forming an acetabulum cup(2), a dislocation preventive piece(4), an acetabulum(3), and a stem(5); baking the same at 1750deg.C for 2hrs and 1950deg.C for 4hrs and cooling; grinding the acetabulum(3) after mixing the same with diamond powder; processing the acetabulum(3) to be formed with a fixed dent(3b) and an acetabulum hole(3a); washing the acetabulum cup(2), the acetabulum(3), the dislocation preventive piece(4), and the stem(5); and finishing after assembling the same.
