PURPOSE: Provided is a handle folding device, wherein a push button is firmly placed at hook groove and inserted into an insertion groove for the push button so that it rapidly delivers rotation power to a handle axis. CONSTITUTION: The handle folding device in fish reel comprises the parts of: an incised groove(12) which is placed in front edge of the handle axis(11); an insertion groove for the push button(13) which is formed and connected to the incised groove; a hinge combination part(17) which is vertically formed in the rear side of the handle body(16); and a push button(24) which contains a hook part(20) hung to the hook groove with the hinge combination part formed, a vertical support face(21), a slide part(26), a hook part for coil spring(22) and a push button part(23).
