A device for generating electric power with the aid of wind comprises a mast (2) which is supported so that it can rotate, at least three wind turbines with a rotor (10) and projecting vanes (14), which wind turbines are each arranged at the end of an arm (6), and the three or more arms form part of a frame (5), which frame can rotate about a horizontal shaft (4) which is situated approximately in the centre of gravity of the frame.
