PURPOSE: The method for executing preparation/submission of the civil affair documents is provided to enable common people to request the preparation the civil affair documents to an expert group that has a database easily accessed, or write the documents by themselves by receiving the help of the expert group. CONSTITUTION: A database for storing the various formats of the civil affair documents, is established(S10). A program for helping a customer prepare the documents is loaded up to a server(S20). A registered member accesses the server, and then receives authentication(S30,S40). The member determines that the member himself/herself writes the documents or asks the preparation of the documents to a service provider(S50). The member downloads the program in the server to his/her computer, and then writes the documents(S60). If the member inputs the name of the documents into the server, the service provider requests the basic information for preparing the documents to the member(S80). The service provider makes the draft of the documents, and then sends it to the member(S90). The member may ask the change of the draft(S100-S120). |
