FUEL MIXING DEVICE FOR SURFACE COMBUSTION BURNER

PURPOSE: A fuel mixing device is provided to make a stable premixed flame in a surface combustion burner, a complete mixing and a uniform stream, and is compactly formed to reduce the size and the weight of a gas boiler. CONSTITUTION: A dividing plate(24) of oval form with an opening thereon is installed on the upper part of a burner body(10) to form a spiral mixing channel(30) to make fuel and air go round spiraling to exit when fuel and air are supplied through the mixing channel(30). A baffle board is placed on the lower part of a spout(28) where the current is high in the middle thereof to make the current of fuel-air discharged through the mixing channel(30) uniform.
