PURPOSE: A home page or portal site constructing and maintenance system is provided to enable a site manager to easily maintain the portal site, and enable a service user to easily update the home page. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises steps of a user accessing a web server and passing a user authentication step(S10), the user registering a user data with a password and an ID in a user registration form and logging in the web server in the case that the user is not registered as a member(S20, S30), the user surveying a customer management data by using the user data and the log data(S40), the user constructing a top page of the home page according to the user inclination(S50), the user constructing a menu screen according to the user access right and the customer management data(S60), the user selecting a component menu(S70), and the user determining the screen form and the data by applying a screen type such as a background color, text or an icon(S80).
