PURPOSE: A casting device and a thermoplastic resin sheet manufacturing method using the casting device improve the cooling method of a melted extrusion sheet, thereby making a film having no surface defection. CONSTITUTION: An air knife(10) is mounted on a surface where a water spring from a die(50) for cooled water and a high temperature sheet contacts to provide a low temperature cooled air to the outside surface of a sheet. Water stained on a sheet surface and a casting drum(30) is removed by a suction roll(70). The low temperature cooled air restrains the generation of vapor. Thus, a thick film is manufactured without any trouble.
