PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing ocher tile, which has high structural stiffness and doesn't be transformed at the room temperature by adding las and an adhesive and coating the surface of the ocher tile. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: i) pouring ocher of gel phase into the mold having a fixed shape to form the lower ocher layer; ii) arranging the las having a fixed shape at the upside of the lower ocher layer before the lower ocher layer become hardened; and then iii) pouring ocher of gel phase into the mold to form the upper ocher layer containing 70% of ocher mixed with an elvan, 20% of sawdust, 3% of a hard charcoal and 7% of an adhesive and compressing the upside of the upper ocher layer, followed by arranging the upper ocher layer at the upside of the las.
